GML: Nap Time

6am wake up calls to beat the high prices of Uber. I need a nap. I have needed a nap since this year started. Nevertheless I will push through today and forget that Matchbox Twenty tickets are too damn expensive. There is nothing cheap about something that costs $50 bucks. Let’s get to some other tours now. Like Goddammit who’ll be heading out tomorrow actually. They’ll start in Pennsylvania and end in West Virginia on the 12th.  Then there’s Butterscotch, a woman who got her start impressing the hell out of us with her beat boxing skills. She’ll be in Palm Springs this weekend at The Dinah Festival. From there she’ll be all over through June.

Famous Last Words will also be out in April on the 15th. They’ll end their month long run in Tennessee. If you miss out on them, perhaps you can catch Miss May I in May. Well they’ll be in Canada in May, then come the 26th of that month they’ll kick off their US run that’ll go through the end of June. The big news this week came way of The Movielife who announced they’ll be releasing new music for the first time since 2003. With that they’ll be playing a few shows out on the east coast at the start of May, and then hitting up Slam Dunk in the UK at the end. Finally Phebe Starr will be headlining a good deal of shows in Australia in June. You can check out where below. Then of course we have the video picks of the week!

Essie “Someone”

Power Trip “Executioner’s Tax (Swing of The Axe)”

Jade Imagine “Walkin’ Around”

Goddamnit “Stead Diet of Sugar”

Ultraviolence “Guillotine”
